See How We Diagnose Your Business: Step-by-Step

Phase One

The Process of Research Starts with Understanding that Machine-Readabiliy is on an Equal-Footing with a Human Customer; without Semantic Consistency and Visibility, Market Competitiveness is an uphill battle.

Most projects don’t fail in execution.

They fail earlier—when the position isn’t clear.

PHASE ONE · 3 WEEK DISCOVERY

Semantic Architecture Blueprint

Before a single wireframe is produced, we establish how your organisation is currently understood by people, search engines and AI systems. Through structured research and semantic analysis, we identify inconsistencies between your intended positioning and your digital presence, producing a strategic blueprint that informs every subsequent design and content decision.

Semantic Architecture Blueprint

A branding guidelines document with sections on strategy, typography, logo, and colors, featuring sample pages and design elements.
A series of presentation slides related to storytelling, design system, photo direction motion, messaging, and media messaging, with text and images displayed on each slide.

A detailed presentation slide with sections on competitors' summaries, brand personality, website UX, strengths, weaknesses, and a personal profile of Lily Ng, a heritage student, including her bio, motivations, and photo.

Phase Two

01. Entity Schema

Organisation Relationships

Defines the core business entity, leadership roles, subsidiary structures, and canonical verification sources (Companies House, LinkedIn).

How we build your no-code backend so you can edit once and publish everywhere seamlessly

The recommendations and schemas from our initial research exist to define the optimal architecture and knowledge consistency across your site and your copy. They ensure readability — for humans and machines alike — maximizing your authority and your visibility.

This is your SoT: your Single Source of Truth. It's the foundation that feeds the CMS, feeds the code, structuring your knowledge so your site reads it as coherent and joined-up to wiki, to linkedin, to other article blocks, to wherever your entity is found. One Identity, across the web.

Phase 3

Working on Brand Design within the defined states of semantic and knowledge consistency

We don't guess what your brand should say. Before tackling the build, we cross-reference your structural business realities (Source of Truth) with keyword planner and Moz search data. Long-tail Sector Expertise tags (knowsAbout taxonomy) and Product Entities are revised, used in sub-headings and CMS collections. They also form exact question-and-answer pairs for technical articles and product spec sheets, making your site's copy match natural language search queries without sacrificing technical accuracy.

This ensures your site copy speaks your market's exact language while establishing technical entity authority in search engines.

01. Entity Reality (SOT)

The structural anchor: verified organizational assets, patents, and legal structures that define your authority.

Layer 1 — Data & Schema

02. Empirical Tone

Brand voice constrained by verified credentials—replacing marketing fluff with authoritative positioning.

Layer 2 — Orientation

03. Query Intent

Targeting buyer personas by aligning technical search intent directly with verified knowledge categories.

Layer 2 — Orientation

04. Content Blocks

Messaging pillars mapped directly to Relume layout components and Webflow CMS fields before design begins.

Layer 3 — Visual Build

05. Scalable Brand Graph

Future-proof structure: update core positioning in a single field and propagate it across the entire site.

Layer 3 — Dynamic Output

The Structural Bridge: From Business Schema to Scalable CMS

Phase 4

Sovereign Deployment, CMS Engine & Asset Minting

The approved entity model was translated into reusable CMS Collections. Each collection represents a real-world concept and is related to others through reference fields rather than duplicated content.

Landing page design
Precision Opening
Hero image and headline establish discipline and tone immediately. Signals a world of standards, not just content.
Fast Clarity
Subcopy and CTA resolve intent quickly. Users understand the offer and next step without friction.
Editorial Pause
Statement section slows the scroll. Shifts from selling to perspective, building authority through restraint.
Visual Proof
Image grid replaces explanation. Competence is inferred through context, not claims.
Structured Offering
Course categories introduce order. Complexity is broken into recognisable domains.
Emotional → Rational Close
Values lead, accreditation follows. The user feels first, then justifies with proof and outcome.
02 / Selected Research & Architecture Work

The Culinary & Hospitality Institute

Re-engineering a narrative-heavy footprint into an explicit, legible vocational taxonomy.

01

Challenge

The college relied on a narrative-driven structure that failed to communicate specific vocational outcomes. While "Experiential Learning" was emphasized, critical course pathways (e.g., Advanced Pastry Arts vs. Culinary Management) were semantically undefined. Search engines treated core curricula as mere content rather than defined educational products.

02

Research Findings

  • The Taxonomy Gap: Internal linking focused on "student experience" rather than "skill acquisition," confusing crawl bots about the primary function of the pages.
  • Missing Entitlement Signals: Expertise markers (accreditations, faculty distinctions) were not explicitly defined using standard semantic vocabulary, reducing institutional trust.
  • Outcome Ambiguity: Career pathway data was nested deep within narratives, limiting visibility for intention-based searches.
03

Architectural Intervention

  • Redefined the Vocational Taxonomy: Re-structured the navigation and internal linking around explicit vocational entities (Courses → Diplomas → Skill Clusters).
  • Implemented Schema: Applied detailed EducationalOrganization and Course schema across all program pages.
  • Structured Expertise Mapping: Established direct linking relationships between individual faculty bios and the specific courses they lead.
04

Outcome

  • Quantifiable Entitlement: Search engines successfully recognized individual programs as distinct, accredited products.
  • Clearer Intent Alignment: Rank improvements for specific vocational queries, rather than just institutional branded terms.
  • Systemic Clarity: The internal linking structure now mirrors the actual educational hierarchy, improving machine understanding and user navigation.
